🚚 US Snacks Shipping Policy

At US Snacks by SperoPass, we are committed to delivering your favorite snacks quickly, safely, and affordably.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time.


⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order is shipped.

$79 or more Free Shipping
Under $79 Flat Rate $9.99
  • Carriers used: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (additional charges apply).


📬 Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


⚠ Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions or backlogs

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • High-volume periods (e.g. holidays)

If your tracking says “Delivered” but the package is not received, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for steps to file a claim.


🛑 Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or reshipped. Please carefully review your address before placing your order.
