Welcome to Spero & Bill LLC! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Spero & Bill LLC. Spero & Bill LLC operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.” SperoPass is the branded platform provided by Spero & Bill LLC.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.

Product descriptions and visuals are provided to the best of our ability but may differ from what you see onscreen. Availability and pricing may change without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Orders placed are considered offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. Full payment is required for all purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, especially custom or made-to-order items.

Prices may change without notice. Charges include applicable taxes and shipping. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SECTION 6 - FURNITURE DISCOUNT SERVICES
We act as a purchasing agent for select third-party furniture brands. All purchases require full upfront payment, including service fees. Custom orders cannot be changed or refunded. Post-purchase issues must be handled with the original vendor. We are not liable for product defects, delivery delays, or service from third-party brands.
SECTION 7 - MEMBERSHIP TERMS
SperoPass membership includes access to exclusive savings and offers. Memberships auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Offers and partnerships may change at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content accessed through our platform. Use at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, branding, and design are owned by Spero & Bill LLC and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.
