Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
SperoPass is a paid membership subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you select. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel anytime via the link in your order confirmation or by contacting support@speropass.com. No partial refunds are issued for canceled periods once payment has been processed.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items (including special-order furniture or local grocery delivery) are custom-ordered on your behalf. These orders cannot be canceled once fulfillment or purchasing begins. If cancellation is requested before processing, we may issue a refund minus any applicable fees.
